3. Check the box acknowledging you have read and accepted the general conditions and the rental agreement and click on the button "I want to book this property"

4. Create your account which will enabled you to follow your Playa del Carmen rental booking and payments all along your vacations reservation

5. Login into your rental booking account with your email and password and complete all your personal information, and rental details and options

6. Pay online with your credit card U.S. $ 270 .- to confirm the reservation of the place of your choice on the dates you’ve chosen

7. You will get an email confirming your reservation request and then another mail as well as a phone text message as a final confirmation of your reservation

8. The other payments can be done through the website:
* 60 days before your arrival the 50% of income minus the payment of U.S. $ 270.- and
* 30 days before the arrival of the balance remaining 50%.

9. After the last payment, our condo/house administration team will send you an email with Playa del Carmen contact information as well as driving direccions.

10. Upon arrival, we will wait for you at the airport if that was your choice, or we will see you directly in the house to show you around, sign the contract, deliver keys and security deposit

Cancellation policy

Total amount of rental (in case it has been paid) is refunded until 60 days prior to arrival date, minus administrative fees of 270usd.

From 59 days to 30 days, there will be a surcharge of 50% of the rental amount.

With a cancellation of less than 30 days’ notice, surcharge will be of a 100% of rental amount.

Bookings for Christmas, New Years and Easter holidays are subject to 100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation.

Security Deposit

Each house has a different amount of security deposit, between 100usd and 1000usd, you can check the security deposit for your house in the house details. The security deposit shall be delivered to the manager IN CASH in the moment of key delivery. Provided there is no more than reasonable clean up and nothing damaged or missing, you will be refunded of the deposit upon departure.

Minimum stay

The daily price of all rent is based on the average price of a week’s stay. While you can rent a house or apartment for less time than this, the minimum price to pay will be equivalent to 3 days.

In your latest electronic confirmation will receive a telephone number where you can call during 24hrs for any problem or assistance you need.
