Our goal is to include in your Playa del Carmen or Yucatan Gulf coast rental all you would have at home, without any extra cost.

Our rental prices for each condo in Playa del Carmen house or apartment include minimum:

♦ All rental and service taxes
♦ House keeping service form weekly to everyday according to the rental house or the rental appartment you chose, including linen and towel washing
♦ Check out cleaning
♦ A set of keys to the rental house / apartment
♦ Expenses for consumption of gas, electricity, water in reasonable consumption during your rental in Playa del Carmen for stays shorter than 30 days.

All the condos in Playa del Carmen and Yucatan Pensinsula houses or apartments are equipped with a minimum of:

♦ Air conditioning and fans, beds, baths, refrigerator, stove, set of pans, plates, cups, and silverware.
♦ Bed linen for maximum capacity, (with changes every week)
♦ Bathroom towels
♦ Beach towels
♦ Basic set of napkins, toilet paper and a set of basic cleaning supplies

In some condos Playa del Carmen (check in house details): Cellular Phone for your personal use during your rental, bicycles, access to beach club or tennis court.
